All transactions are securely dealt with by a 3rd party processor called Verotel -- a company which has been in business since 1997 and has a long standing history with all major Credit Card companies.

At NO POINT does PRIVOY ever have direct access to your credit card or billing information.

For additional privacy reasons your card will be charged under Verotel not PRIVOY.com. There will be no mention of this domain on any bank or account statement.

Bandwidth streaming issues are complex and can be both a client and server side problem. Please attempt the following if you are having issues:

• Update your graphics card drivers
• Update Adobe Flash Player
• Update Java
• Use Google Chrome on a Mac or PC for the optimal experience

Videos will only work on the iPad or iPhone using the Puffin Web Browser which can be obtained from the App Store for free.
